There are several options and versions of this model:

You can also choose the position of the door. If you choose the RD configuration, that stands for Right Drain. The seat is on the left if the drain is on the right (when facing the side of the tub that the door is on). The door hinge is always on the same side as the seat, and the door opens outward.Alternatively, the LD (left drain) configuration means the drain is on the left, the seat is on the right (when facing the side of the tub you enter from). Therefore, the door hinge is also on the right, which means the door opens out and to the right side of the tub.
The 2951 series is our most popular, and number 1 seller! It has the versatility of being an excellent replacement for that 5’ bath tub in older homes, and it makes for a good-looking free standing unit. It is available in a left hand or right hand drain configuration and both water and electrical connections are made easy.The overall unit is very sturdy and stable, starting with our chrome plated steel frame, adjustable footpads, and cross bracing.The shell is made with the finest “micro-ban” protected, textured, non-slip ABS acrylic and its structural integrity is provide by hand rolled fiberglass bonded to the back of the acrylic.
The mold (shape) is very comfortable with a seat that can accommodate bathers of all sizes. As you can see, much thought and consideration was put into the contours and shape of the unit. This model comes with the built in pillow, so the bather can sit back and relax the back of their head or neck area, while enjoying the hot water and hydro-therapy. The shape of the seat and strategically positioned contours, allows for comfort and mobility to cleanse all areas of the body. The floor has a “foot pad” area so the bather can stretch out and maintain stability or enjoy a foot massage, if the consumer selects either (or both) the water jet or therapy air options available on the 2951.
The unit overall is very “renovation” friendly. When the application calls for the removal of an existing bath tub, the 2951 can be chosen in either a left drain or right drain configuration, depending on the positioning of the existing plumbing. When choosing the 2951 this is a necessary consideration, along with the direction, the customer prefers the convenient out-swing door to open. The perimeter of the upper lip has a sloped inner wall to assist in repelling overspill back into the body of the unit, and a finishing edge to accommodate tile or aqua board finishes, or the optional shower/wall surround kit available with the 2951 model.
The out-swing door allows for easy access and is mounted on extra heavy duty stainless steel hinges. Although exceptionally sturdy, the door swings easily and has a convenient exterior and interior handle and positive locking mechanism. The positive sealing door is equipped with a large collapsible silicone gasket to protect against leakage.
The 2951 is available in several different configurations.
Soaker unit with taps, diverter, and remote hand held shower for rinsing.
Chrome water jet package. To include 10 jets and our high performance, silent running 3/4h.p. pump with self contained water jacket heater.
Therapy air jet package. To include 16 air injectors, variable speed blower unit and 300 watt heater.
Combination water jet and air jet system with 10 water jets, 12 air jets and power equipment as noted above.
Optional shower/wall surround kit with adjustable shower head receptor and mirror.
