Arctic Spas has several authorized dealers throughout BC. However, there are many areas where we are accepting applications to become our official regional dealer. Until we decide, we are selling our fantastic hot tubs directly to the public. If you live in one of these unrepresented regions you can buy direct from our manufacturing facility at a discount. We are offering this discount in exchange for your willingness to buy our products without a dealer close to you. This takes a certain amount of trust and we want to express our appreciation for that.
If you purchase from us directly, your warranty coverage is the same (in most cases).
If you can live without an Arctic Spas shop near you and technical support from our factory in Alberta then you could save some money.
